What regions do you serve?
We’re headquartered in Greenville, South Carolina, and have a total of nine offices in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. While many of our clients are understandably located throughout the Southeast, our service footprint spans the United States and stretches into Europe and Asia.
What might surprise me about Elliott Davis?
Our Nashville office is home to our entertainment practice, which caters to individuals and groups in entertainment and sports. The entertainment practice traces its roots back more than 40 years, when shareholder Mike Vaden began overseeing the business affairs of an up-and-coming country singer named Johnny Cash. Over time, Mike added such icons as Waylon Jennings, George Jones, and Loretta Lynn to his client base, establishing him as one of the music industry’s most influential business managers. Today, this group manages the financial affairs for some of the most recognizable professionals in music, entertainment, and sports.
How do you attract and retain a dedicated workforce that is able to support all of your customers’ needs?

To identify, attract, and train the best and brightest talent in the accounting and professional financial services fields, we’ve developed a three-pronged development process. It includes: ENERGIZE, a three-day leadership workshop that attracts students from across the nation; ENVISION, a summer internship that allows students to explore potential career paths with Elliott Davis while obtaining real-world technical skills, training, and work experience; and ENGAGE, a comprehensive onboarding program that equips entry-level staff with the tools needed to thrive as new members of the Elliott Davis team.
